A national organization that represents public transit systems, private-sector businesses, and other stakeholders involved in urban transportation across Canada. They asked for a new membership platform to be built along with a new CRM to handle all their customer data.

The Project

This involves building a custom-themed WordPress website, which will include a membership portal integrated with a CRM (Keap). The site will feature searchable PDF-based reports and videos in English and French. These will be tracked using the CRM and Matomo analytics.

Other features will include a user dashboard, profile management, and a community hub with integrated SSO.

The Community

The site’s Community Hub will be developed using Invision Power Board. Custom applications were also created to support both English and French. Individual committees were established to allow members to privately discuss topics and share documentation.

Trades Talent project emerged as a new initiative aimed at fostering collaboration and simplifying the process of finding expert, inspirational speakers for events in the trades industry. CAF-FCA required a website to showcase these speakers and facilitate seamless connections with event planners

The Project

Develop a fully custom, responsive WordPress website tailored to CAF-FCA’s needs. The site features intuitive navigation, a streamlined user experience, a comprehensive speaker directory, and customized forms for speaker inquiries and event registrations.

The Community

The platform integrates with Keap CRM to manage automations, registration tracking, and onboarding applications. Additionally, it leverages Ultimate Member for the speaker directory, member profiles and Memberium to manage exclusive member content.

Membership Portal/CRM Integration/Forum Project

This project included a membership portal site and integration into a CRM (Keap). Components of the site included a tier-paid membership model with each level having access to podcasts and Premium Content. The site has over 1000 hours of viewing content which runs via a 3rd party and cloudfront with amazons3.

Other features include a user dashboard, profile, upselling and downgrading of subscription and forum with SSO integration.

Membership Portal/CRM Integration Project

This project involved a custom theme WordPress website build that included a membership portal integrated into a CRM (Keap). Components of the site included a tier-paid membership model with each level having access to English and French PDF-based searchable reports tracked via the CRM.

Other features included a user dashboard, profile, and forum with integrated SSO. The sites’ content is in both languages which also includes a membership directory and several searchable resources.

With ongoing consulting with the CAF project team, all data from their current CRM had to be analyzed and sorted before importing into the new CRM. This process would involve creating new custom fields to house customer and organization data. The result was importing over 8000 members’ records’ and triggering new credentials for the members. Other automations included tracking credit card payments and offline payments, and changing subscription payment/expiry dates which was an incremental part of a transition period before moving lead contacts into ongoing renewal automation.

Past Web Project

Website was build with the Genesis framework and bootstrap, custom post type was used top handle home page images so that the client can easily update or swap them out. Other features include Instagram feed, web form integration and property plugin for listings.

Current Web Design/online learning platform project

Membership Site build using Wishlist Member, content is drip feed and integrated into 1 Shopping cart and Mailchimp.

Site is built using Avada which is fully responsive across all browsers, tablets and smartphones. Videos are integrated from Amazons3 using S3bubble to encrypt and stream the video content.

Past Web Project

Ongoing work includes membership updates and bug fixes due to plugin and theme conflicts.

Recent projects include Imember360 to Memberium migration, custom dashboard with pop up addition for upselling and membership level control, plus custom WordPress plugin to show a certain number of blog posts per membership level.

Past Project

Provided consultation in website membership build using Divi, Learndash and Memberium that was integrated with Infusionsoft.

Drip feed campaigns where set up in Infusionsoft as well as one click upsells for the membership sales process, as well as tagging, importing records, product creation and affiliate program.

Past Project

Originally the website and online learning platform was built on a WordPress multi-site network which was causing problems for the client.
The project involved separation of each component (the website and learning platform) an recreating the sites on separate Wordpress installations.

Other updates included a customized Memberium dashboard and the installation and configuration of Learndash to deliver the online content.
